How far ahead should I book an event?
We ask for at least 7 days' notice. That's the time we need to secure the pulp and fresh fruit in the right quantity. For large events or busy dates, the earlier the better: the date is held by the deposit, not by the inquiry. If your event falls inside those 7 days, message us on WhatsApp anyway — sometimes we can make it work.
Do you travel outside the city?
Yes. We cover all of Panama City and the surrounding area, and we also travel to the interior. Transport is charged separately by zone, and the quote tool shows the amount once you pick yours. For distant areas let's talk on WhatsApp, because beyond transport there's the cold chain to solve: açaí travels frozen, and that part can't be improvised.
