Who we are
This site belongs to LiU Coffee bar & Açaí, inside Indoor Padel Club, Calle Villanueva, Costa del Este, Panama City. For anything about your data, write to [email protected] or WhatsApp 6391-8426.
What we collect, and when
We only ask for what we need to get back to you. There are no user accounts.
Contact form: your name, your message, and at least one way to reply — WhatsApp or email. One of the two is enough.
Event quote: the above plus number of people, format, date, area and whatever you write in the comments field.
Building an order: the name you enter, the pickup time if you schedule one, and any note you add. The order itself — what you chose and the total — is stored with it.
What we do NOT collect: no ID number, no home address, no card details. Payment happens at the shop or through Yappy, outside this site.
What we use it for
To reply and to prepare what you asked for. Nothing else. We don’t build profiles, we don’t run targeted advertising, and we don’t sell or share your data for commercial purposes.
Ordering through WhatsApp
When you tap “Order on WhatsApp”, the site composes a message and opens WhatsApp with that text ready. You send it, from your own account. From there the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy, which we don’t control.
Your phone number reaches us because you write to us, not because the site captures it.
Where it’s stored

The Google file holding your data is not shared with anyone and is not the same one that feeds the public menu.
Links like liuacai.com/p/A7K3 self-destruct after 48 hours. They’re hard to
guess, but anyone with the link can see that order while it exists — don’t
share it if you’d rather they didn’t.
Third parties
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the forms. See their privacy policy.
Google stores the data in Sheets. Also, if you tap “Show map” on the contact page, content from Google Maps is loaded, which may set cookies in your browser. That’s why the map doesn’t load on its own — you have to ask for it. If you don’t tap that button, nothing from Google Maps is loaded.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits in aggregate. It uses no cookies and no browser fingerprinting, and cannot identify anyone in particular.
Resend will be used for notification emails to our team. It isn’t connected yet; when it is, we’ll update this page.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. The only thing it stores in your
browser is your cart, in localStorage, which clears itself after 4 hours and
never leaves your device.
The only possible cookies are Google Maps’, and only if you open the map.
Asking us to delete your data
Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp 6391-8426 telling us what you want deleted. No need to explain why. We do it within 15 business days and let you know when it’s done.
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated. The version in force is always the one on this page.
